Labels On People or Ethnicities

I would describe this practice of sticking a label on anyone or any ethnicity as cruel.

As soon as you label someone, it means you judge them! The bible says Judge not, and ye shall not be judged. It also says that with what ever standard you set for someone to meet, that same standard is set for you!

Here's a perfect example, any person who says to you, "I thought you were a Christian?" Is always using this as a measurement of your behavior or actions. They have already set a standard that they think you should live up to when they don't even know what it is, all they know is they feel good because now they have denigrated your character. No one except mature Christians even have any idea how to place a definition on that term "Christian!"

The only difference between a Christian and a non-Christian is a Christian has been given, by the grace of God, eternal life through Jesus Christ and at anytime we can get on our knees and ask and receive forgiveness from our sins.
We, if obedient will grow more spiritually mature as God allows us to learn lessons in life and we may even become what seems like a better person, but in fact, it's only because with salvation comes the free gift of the Holy Ghost and we have strength through Him to conquer our old behaviors.

However, if you provoke us in the right circumstances, we will react the same as any other human, we have anger, we can lash out, we can demonstrate the same human emotional characteristics as anyone, because we were made the same way and born into sin into the same imperfect world, so don't hold us above anyone and don't set expectations for us, because that is so wrong.

The definition of Christian was first used in Acts 11:26 and it wasn't because anyone was good. It was just a name like any other name example, America & Americans, China & Chinese, Germany & Germans, Taiwan & Taiwanese. The names incur no advanced behaviors or virtues  that would separate them from other peoples.

Look up the word Christian in the dictionary and you'll find out it has nothing to do with behavior and everything to do with belief!
