The Naiveness of Man!
Let there be wisdom
Look in the bible and pay close attention. Whenever any miracles
happen, they happen because of it being God’s will to bring glory to His
kingdom only.
Any time man gets in the way, any time the focus might be shifted
off of God and toward an earthly source, you are not going to see miracles. God
is not in the habit, nor will He ever be in the habit, of allowing man to get
the credit or glory instead of Him.
Every miracle that happens is because of
the fact that people will look at it and say, Wow, God healed that person.
Here is another error that often plagues men.
They parade around on stage and use repetitious
words in prayer or in the process of provoking God to heal somebody or do some miraculous
thing, and the problem is that they will command this and that in Jesus name
more than once.
They will pray and in doubt think, if I just say it once more I
will convince myself that it might actually happen. The problem is that, the
name of Jesus is so powerful, that you only have to say it once, if you’re
acting out of faith.
Anymore than that and you lost the bid to get anything
changed or anyone healed.
If you don’t believe me, look in God’s word, did Paul say it
twice, did Peter say it twice, did any of the disciples or anyone healing in
the name of Jesus say it twice?
The secondary problem here is us grownups are
too academic, too intellectual and too proud. It merely takes the simple faith
of a child to do the same thing. I have seen children who didn’t know a thing
about the workings of the spiritual world get answers to their prayers almost simultaneously
because their faith was so simple, so pure and so unadulterated. They didn’t
have degrees, pride, academic success or other too smart for your own good
pollutants to corrupt their minds. They only had a simple knowledge of Christ.
When we get these so called anointed people coming to our
churches or ministry events, maybe they had some miraculous healing happen in
their midst one time or another because the situation was right at that time,
due to their humility, or their circumstances, and then word starts to get
around that it happened and all of a sudden, the anointing doesn’t get
manifested because of the admiration of the crowd, instead of the anointed one professing
in humility that they had nothing to do with it. Of course faith is still the key ingredient, so if the crowd is looking at the man trying to do the healing instead of looking at who the healer is, it's for naught.
Also, if you think that at
anytime you can boast in what God may have done through you, with you, or for
your advantage, so you could lead someone or help nudge someone in the
direction of Christ, you are sadly mistaken. This isn't saying that we can't witness what God has done in our lives, it just means we need to watch our attitude in the process.
Boasting or anything that remotely resembles it, will get
us in spiritual hot water with God. You can stand on stage all you want and try
to give God the glory in the midst of an activity your trying to promote, but
if God senses that the people are not giving Him full credit, and giving you
any credit because of prior promotion of the events, you are not going to see
an iota of the moving of the Holy Spirit.
You better save your breath and do your God given duty and
do everything in private if you expect God’s Holy Spirit to move on your
behalf. Public exhibitions of your anointing will in no wise be tolerated. You
will only grieve the Holy Spirit, because of your ignorance.

My hope for you is that you have had a prayer of salvation,
and if you haven't and you want to ask Christ into your heart and life,
then I offer these words for you to repeat,
but only if your heart is sincere,
because God knows it if you're not.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dear God, I now know I have needed you and have
rejected your calling, so today, right now,
I ask Jesus Christ to come into my heart and my life,
and forgive me from all past sin and Lord cleanse me
from my unrighteousness. believe that Jesus was
crucified for my sin, died, and was buried and rose from
the dead according to the scriptures. I want you forever more
to be my guide and I want to follow you as a believer.
I ask for your strength to change my heart and
my earthly ways so that I can become a better
child in your kingdom. Show me how to depend
on you in all things. And show me how to do
your will in my life. I thank you and pray this
prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
